We have a very special weekend coming up at Courtney’s Comedy Club. Special in that two of the best comics in Minneapolis (meaning a couple of the best in general pretty much) will be performing five shows at the club. The first show is tonight (Thursday) at 8pm (it’s also open mic night, so if you show up before the open mic starts it’s five bucks, or if you have a college or military ID it is also only 5 dollars, because it is college night it is 18+, so bring your IDs if you are 21+ and want to drink) 18+ 10 bucks without student or military ID or open mic attendance. I am hosting the regular show tonight and Josh Wallace is hosting the Open Mic (comics sign up at 6:30 start time depends on demand for stage-time).
Friday and Saturday, shows are 10 bucks, 21+ and they start at 8:00 or 10:30, call Courtney’s (Bing that shit) for to make reservations. Now,
Tomorrow night, I am performing at Comedy at the Pub at Dempsey’s in Watertown. Tickets are 7 bucks and you get a fat Watertown open mic followed by me doing about 30 minutes or so of comedy depending on time and how many drinks I have (one or two if I drive from the hotel, several if not) 21+ seating at 9:15.
Also, I picked up a spot featuring for Shane Mauss for two shows on April 9th at the Ivy Room in Sioux Falls. My internet comedy buddy Brian Abrahamson over at Noah’s Ark Comedy set this up and I am stoked for back to back Mauss attacks! I don’t know what that means. Anyway, it’s exciting. Also, I am in the process of booking the next 222 Comedy Boom. More info to follow.But I am vetting May 7th as a possible date. Let me know if anything else totally fresh is happening that night.
